SHIPPING & HANDLING ON U.S. ORDERS*

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

USPS Ground shipping on U.S. orders 2-8 business days - $7

USPS Ground shipping to Hawaii & Alaska - $10

UPS Next Day shipping - $45

UPS Next Day Saturday shipping - $50

If a UPS Next Day order is placed after 4:30pm EST, it will be processed for shipping the following business day. UPS Next day orders placed on Friday deliver on Monday by the end of day unless you select Saturday delivery.

 

U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES*

Need a different size? Bikini didn't quite work out as planned? We getcha. Just let us know.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Hygienic labels must not be removed from the garment and the suit must not be worn, washed, or altered. Suits must be new and unused with tags attached and original packaging intact. Please email us at hello@novelswim.com and indicate the reason for your return, and we will send a return label.

Shipping is non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International USPS Ground shipping - $30 (Duties are not included)

International orders are final sale, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on items ordered internationally. If you have a question about your size, feel free to email us at hello@novelswim.com, and we will help you pick out the perfect fit.

 

PROCESS

Our prints are designed in our Brooklyn studio by designer, Laura Rosenbaum. Novel is locally and ethically manufactured in New York City's garment district. Printed fabrics are digitally printed in the USA on silky soft Nylon/Spandex and lined with luxuriously soft material. We use base fabrics using ECONYL® regenerated recycled Nylon yarns for many of our garments.

Each garment is a piece of art and is carefully constructed and inspected before it makes its way into your hands. The printing process is unique, so no two garments are exactly alike.

We are a boutique line. Our garments are made in limited quantities. If a style you like is out of stock, feel free to contact us at hello@novelswim.com, and we'll let you know when it is back in stock.
